Day 6: Knight Frank Cycle to MIPIM 2023
Valence to Greoux les Bains - hello hills
It's a big day today after 267kms yesterday: another 216kms and 3,600m of climbing from Valence to Greoux les Bains await the peloton. The rider's hotel in the morning is akin to a field hospital, with bodies awaiting repair with kinesiology tape before they return to their bikes for the penultimate day. But the sun is shining and the scenery is stunning. Within the peloton, people keep each other buoyed up - new friendships have been formed and it is chatter and conversation that keep the mood high - although the headwind makes a very unwelcome return and claims a few battered bodies as its victims. With a few cols under their belts and after many kilometres, the group rolls into their penultimate dinner of the evening to celebrate the distance travelled so far, and the final day still to come.

If you’re able to sponsor the riders - even a small amount makes a big difference - you can do so here. Our fundraising total is currently an amazing £197,800 and our target is £255,000. We are fundraising for a number of brilliant projects transforming the lives of young people via Coram, Cyclists Fighting Cancer, MSA Trust and the Tom Ap Rhys Pryce Memorial Trust (Tom's Trust).
