Day 3: Knight Frank Cycle to MIPIM 2023
Soissons to Auxerre - The day of (more) weather
Today starts with rain (stage 1), continues with rain (stage 2), changes to wind (stage 3), followed by a lot of very brutal wind (stage 4). By the fifth and final stage, some battered bodies take to the coach while others head out for the final stage towards Auxerre. We cannot tell you how brutal it was out there today, but the riders will tell you. It's been cold and relentless, a tough day both mentally and physically. If there was a day for digging deep, today was that day. We hope tomorrow brings kinder conditions, but in the meantime, watch the videos and please give as much as you can for our amazing charity projects.
If you’re able to sponsor the riders - even a small amount makes a big difference - you can do so here. Our fundraising total is currently an amazing £194,900 and our target is £255,000. We are fundraising for a number of brilliant projects transforming the lives of young people via Coram, Cyclists Fighting Cancer, MSA Trust and the Tom Ap Rhys Pryce Memorial Trust (Tom's Trust).
