#CivicActiveChallenge is a week long fundraising challenge created by Civic Engineers, to raise money for Club Peloton‘s charities including the UK’s oldest children’s charity, Coram.
Back in March, Civic Engineers had planned a charity quiz for Club Peloton which, due to the pandemic, had been cancelled. Civic Engineers now invite you, your companies, colleagues, friends and families to take part in their Civic Active Charity Challenge.
During the lockdown, increasing numbers of people have been taking to their bikes or going out exploring their local area on two feet. Civic Engineers want to celebrate these stories, so each day over the course of the week starting Monday 13th July and ending Monday 20th July, they will set an active travel themed challange to complete.
You can then share images of you and your colleagues completing the challenge for that day using #CivicActiveChallenge, tag @civicengineers or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Civic Engineers hope that the #CivicActiveChallenge will not only promote active travel create some fun, but that those who take part will consider donating to the Club Peloton charities via Rob Westcott's JustGiving page so we can raise some much needed funds.
