We hope this finds you all fit and healthy, and that you’re learning to juggle the various demands of being employees/employers, parents, teachers and carers!
We know that many of you are missing your group and longer distance rides, so we’ll be hosting a series of events and sharing useful content over the coming months that will hopefully keep you connected to your community and stop you from going stir crazy. You might even learn something new.
We’re very pleased to kick off with our Zoom & Zwift sessions, which will start next week. We’ve been trialling these with some of our members already and we think you’ll enjoy them. We’re looking forward to seeing more friendly faces join us in the forthcoming weeks.
Morning Sessions - 07:00-08:00, weekdays
Join us for a social chat and easy ride every morning. You don’t need to use Zwift for this one (unless your smart trainer demands it!), just jump on your turbo/rollers and join us for a catch up.
Evening Session - 18:30-19:30, weekdays
The focus for this session will be the Zwift workout, and the Zoom session is secondary, although it will allow you to interact with others. We’ll send over details of the Meetup and Zwift route you need to be doing - make sure you have the Zwift Companion app downloaded if you want to participate in these. More on how to use that here.
Please keep an eye on your emails and the Club Peloton website’s Live Feed (you’ll need to be logged in to see this) in order to participate in these sessions.
We’ll shortly be hosting videos from Club Peloton’s partner Roadside Therapy. Many of you will know Tierney, who runs Roadside, and she’ll be providing you with a weekly series of strength and conditioning and stretching videos, tailored specifically for cyclists.

Elly Ward and the kitchen team at SITE have got you covered if you want to make the most of your limited daily exercise sessions. If it hadn’t been for Covid-19 many of you would now be intimate with them, as they were set to provide all the delicious lunches every day on this year’s Knight Frank Cycle to MIPIM. Being the creative types they are, they have come up with the next best thing: a series of simple-to-make, highly nutritious recipes that you can prepare at home to keep you well-nourished through the lockdown.

Matt Evans, from our bike event support partner, Service Corps, will show you how to fix straightforward or more complex ‘mechanicals’ on your bike. The series will start next week and will take place every fortnight thereafter. We think they may even provide a fun and educational activity to do with the kids at the weekend!
All of the above content is available to Club Peloton members. If you are not yet a member or signed up to our new platform, then visit clubpeloton.org to sign up, create your profile and join the community. It is FREE and open to all, so share it far and wide.
