The clocks have gone back, and the evenings are getting longer, but you can still make the most of the Autumn days. Whether you are finding or maintaining fitness or training for an event like Knight Frank Cycle to MIPIM 2026, don't let the shorter days put you off riding. On Tuesday 27th January 2026, we'll be celebrating 20 years of Club Peloton and Cycle to MIPIM at a very special evening accompanied by the TV and cycling personalities of Ned Boulting, Lizzie Deignan and David Millar.
Hosted by Canada Water's Corner Corner, we'll listen to Ned, Lizzie and David in conversation, as well as taking a nostalgic look back at 20 years of riding, networking and fundraising since the very first Cycle to Cannes in 2006, and looking forwards to what the next 20 years might hold.

Join us for the first exclusive private screening of 'Just Cycle', the Cycle to Cannes documentary film at The Conduit in Covent Garden.
Friday 14th November is your opportunity to watch the full documentary produced by Club Peloton’s very own Terry Crawford and his creative partner, Alisha Tole, about the cycle to Cannes - now Cycle to MIPIM. The ticket price includes a charitable donation to Club Peloton and food on the night.

What you got up to in October
The Leeds, Manchester and Edinburgh Hubs all hosted monthly coffee rides in October, exploring new routes, both countryside and urban, with some of the Manchester Hub dropping in to our charity beneficiary Cyclists Fighting Cancer's Manchester shop. If you live locally to one of these areas, these monthly coffee rides are a great way to meet property professionals local to you - check out the Events calendar for November's dates, and keep an eye out for off-bike events during the winter months.
Thanks also to John Forbes, for his regular North Downs coffee ride, and to Tom Boshell, for leading a Cycle to MIPIM reunion and networking/training ride at the start of the month, attended by no less than 17 of you!
