    Join John Forbes on this training ride, a great opportunity to get out there training whilst meeting fellow likeminded cycling enthusiasts.
    Meet at Cafe Paradiso on Shad Thames from 8.30am for a 9am start. There will be a pick up from Cadence in Crystal Palace at about 9.45 if it is easier to get there. Heading out at a calm pace then those who want to can race up the hills. 80km or so, back to Cadence for lunch.
